• Anticipation to purchase depends of the chosen date. For normal dates the minimal anticipation allowed to buy your tickets is 48 hours (o´clock). Anticipation is greater for important dates (holy week, fair of April ...).
  
  
• Form of payment: With credit card (We work with the Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks ,CECA).
  
  
• After payment, we send you a voucher with your personal details and an identification number. Print this document and deliver it at the ticket office of the provider. We advise you to annotate the identification number before printing.
  
  
• If you lose your document or cannot print it, send us an email from the same address that you indicated in your purchase to reservas@sevillaguia.com indicating your identification or passport number.
  
  
• Normaly you can cancel your purchase until at 8.00 o´clock (without charges) of the day previous to the chosen date. Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing from the same email address that you indicated in your transaction. (reservas@sevillaguia.com).
  
  
• The personal details that you provide us are stored in a list which is destroyed weekly.
  
  
• SevillaGuia acts as agent only and is not responsible for providing your services. Any product you purchase using the site or through the call center will constitute a legal agreement between you and the provider of services. Any claim must be made directly to the provider.
